WARRANTY

  • Our warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects and is effective from the date of purchase. Manufacturers defect will be determined by the relevant product’s authorized repair centre.
  • All handsets, gaming systems, tablets, computers, laptops, other computerised or electronic items carries one-month warranty on Manufacturers Defect unless otherwise specified.
  • All Samsung Latin Spec units offers 1 Year Warranty on Manufacturers Defect at the Authorized Samsung Service Centre- Diamond Systems Ltd.
  • All Lenovo Laptops offers 1 Year Warranty on Parts and Labour and 1 Year on Battery at the local Authorized Service Centre-Memory Bank Computers Ltd.
  • Apple products carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty at the local Authorized Service Centre- Iworld, C3 Centre San Fernando
  • Any Sony product warranty claims must be done directy with the manufacturer “Sony”
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product is in good working condition.
  • Once the product is purchased and has left ShopLUX premesis we would not be helld liable for any faulty product claims.

WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY VOIDS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Defects or damages from accidents or negligence by the customer.
  • Product misuse, dents, scratches, broken, shattered, damaged charging or headphone ports.
  • Alterations or modifications performed by any unauthorized personnel or persons other than the manufcturer’s authorized repair centre.
  • Defects or damages caused by food or liquid or any form of moisture which may lead to corrosion.
  •  Batteries that are damaged or show signs of tampering.
  • The product serial numbers have been removed or is found to be illegible.
  • Accessories including but not limited to headsets, chargers, memory cards.

WARRANTY REPAIR PROCESS

  • If you encounter any problems, please return device to our store along with your proof of purchase- receipt.
  • Once any issue arises, it will be sent to the service centre, who will then give feedback on the status of the device and way forward.
  • Repair time period and cost (if any) is dependent on the Local Authorized Repair Centre.
  • Local service centres will have their own policies of which the item(s) will be subject to. 
  • NO LOANER PHONES OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY SHOPLUX.

RETURNS

  • There will be NO returns on items after ۲ working days from date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. There must not be any damages (dents, scratches, broken, shattered or anything thereof)
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt only.
  • All Final Sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

  • Product must be in its original box and all its accessories must be in its original state of purchase to be given an exchange.
  • No cash refunds are given on any item.

ACCEPTANCE

  • Reasonable notice and an opportunity to review the agreement will be considered accepted once the product has been delivered or the customer has left the store premesis. Our warranty policy is posted on our website www.shopluxtt.com
